Once you're ready to proceed, we formalise the engagement with a service agreement, a 50% commencement deposit, and a dedicated onboarding session. You'll receive your client portal access, a project timeline, and a clear communication cadence from day one.

Do I have to complete all four phases?
No. Clients can enter the engagement at any phase and progress at their own pace. We design each engagement based on where your business is today and what it needs most — not a fixed package.
How long does a full engagement take?
It depends on scope and complexity. A single-phase engagement typically runs 4–8 weeks. A full four-phase transformation, with proper implementation, spans 6–12 months. We'll scope this clearly in your proposal.
Can you work with my business remotely?
Yes. While we are Gauteng-based, we serve clients nationally through structured virtual engagements. All tools, documents, and meetings are adapted for remote collaboration without loss of quality.
What does the 50% deposit cover?
The commencement deposit secures your project slot, triggers onboarding, and allows us to allocate dedicated consultant time to your engagement. The remaining 50% is invoiced at the agreed milestone or completion point.
What if my business is very early-stage?
Early-stage is not a barrier — in fact, starting with structure is the smartest thing a new business can do. We have engagement packages designed specifically for startups building correctly from day one.
How is LBS different from a regular business consultant?
